I didn't think it was that bad, but it's still a bad movie. To me, it was X-Men Origins bad. It has it's moments, but ultimately it was a disappointment that's at least tolerable. The only saving grace was the acting(I thought Ryan Reynolds was a perfect in the role and Mark Strong was great, as always) and some of the fight scenes, but a lot of what you said, like the script, miss use of characters, super hero cleshes, est, are right on the money. Good review.

I'm tired of comicbook movies being made for children simply to lure in a larger audience. Everyone who read the comics from 1940 to when ever they stopped producing them (if they even have) are adults by now. Kids that this movie is appealing to don't know $*** about The Green Lantern.
