:48 is one of the best and most memorable moments in the manga. It makes you realize how much Ed and Al have grown up (literally and figuratively) and just how far they've come.

For all ed and Winry Fans..the Manga ended with a Happy ending..That we can see animated soon on FMA Brotherhood. SPOILERS: dont continue if dont want to know Al got his body back, Ed gets back his arm, his leg remains the same stating that Winry will get mad if he gets rid of the automail. Finally Ed proposes to Winry in the most funny way ever. Years later Ed and Winry are shown married with 2 kids, also Al( now human) and May chang appear together apparently hooked up.

@spzimefrk16 lol Finally Justica was made... I thought I was the only one extremely pissed at the ending of Conqueror of Shamballa.. Mean wtf dude, whats that of Winry and Ed being in separate worlds, that was too much drama. I started reading the manga hoping it was different and boy it was... No Finally we got a happy ending and a new series in Brotherhood... Only thing I think was missing was a kiss scene but oh well I think for a shounen manga the romance was good...

@AJDevilx I agree I was waiting for a kiss too. and I was hoping there would be more with Mustang and Riza because I feel they're so obviously in love but I guess they're still oblivious which is sad. The ending wasn't as epic as I was hoping maybe but is was satisfactory and I still liked it a lot! I still can't believe FMA is over now. Once Brotherhood ends that's it...I guess I'll have to survive off of fanfics, those should hopefully be around for a while yet :-P

@spzimefrk16 Well The only thing I think the 1 FMA series did better was the Roy and Riza ending( Cause overall manga has more Roy Riza moments) it just spelled Roys gonna be the fuherer(with the patch and stuff) and Riza tending him was like his wife (Of Course the conqueror of Shamballa screw that aswell)but even with that they appear together in the las pic, to show they have a strong bond, maybe the anime will give them more closure... I hope so...
