Rimantas Stankevicius (Lithuanian) was one of the best pilot/astronaut in USSR. In this episode he took the lower trajectory as usual and the weight of airplane was the killing factor for this experienced pilot. We are very proud of him...
C'ero anche io. Avevo 12 anni. Lo vedo oggi dopo vent'anni e come allora un brivido mi scorre la schiena. Dissero che quel pilota sacrificò la sua vita per non far cadere l'aereo fra la gente. Ricordo come fosse stato ieri il rumore che faceva quell'aereo.Lo si aspettava da ore ed è finita così, tragicamente.
