Thank you David, I felt a little bit of a shift doing this my first time. When I closed my eyes I saw the color sky blue. I understand that this represents my throat chakra and that is the chakra that was opening or opened in this first round. I will continue to tap on this until I clear the block and feel the relief. Hello, brother. Just took a leap today with the intention to be open to whatever came my way, and your video was the first thing I stumbled on. I'm new to EFT tapping, but it makes sense to me. I do a lot of chakra/meridian/nadi clearing, but I never thought to program good intentions/emotions into them afterwards. I'm pretty sensitive, so I could feel what was going on while following your videos, and I had a very powerful emotional release during this one. Thanks so much. Keep it up. =O)

Thank you for this video. There is a problem with the audio (voice), seems to be out of phase and gravitates towards the left speaker. It needs to be in mono and in the center.

Question: I've noticed you do positive and empowering affirmations in your videos. The typical EFT does a few negative rounds first. I notice that when I am experiencing difficulty (anxiety, sadness, anger etc), and jump to positive affirmations from the beginning, I get more upset.
