I also thought Stef wasnt in the movie, and then I saw this clip and realised I hadnt recognised him because he had hair lol. They should have played more! I was watching it last night and when Brian and Steve are playing 20th century boy, the camera kept showing Christian Bale and I kept thinking "no!!! I wanna see Brian stupid director!"

@vouzokeftes he is actually, just not in the same band as Brian and Steve :) If you look closely at 1:18 he's the bassist/back up singer in the female fronted band. He's just hard to recognize cause he's in tha back and well, he has hair XD and I agree, I wish they were on more movies too!

This film is great without Brian Molko. Actors played fantastic their parts. But when I saw this film the first time (It was 9 years ago))) I didn`t recognize Placebo. I agree with you.....Molko is awesome.

It's called Bitter-Sweet, it's a Roxy Music cover but the version that appears in the soundtrack is performed by Thom Yorke from Radiohead. :) I don't think there's any recorded version of Brian singing it apart from the one in the movie though :/

i didn't like velvet goldmine too much. the only things that i really enjoyed at this movie were ewan mcgregor's acting, the gorgeous soundtrack and, of course, brian molko, stefan olsdal and steve hewitt!
