@mazzy22andringolover----GO FOR IT!!!! You can do whatever you put your mind to! I'd love to be an astronaut but go scared after the Challenger incident. I wish I'd never given up my dream. But if they had a teacher in space program again...I'd apply!

it's amazing how youtube consists of so many silly videos that garners millions of views, while a video like this, one that documents the very best achievements of mankind, barely gets any views. i fear for the future of this planet.
long live you tube. i never find my way on nasa.gov there is to much info and before i know i find myself reading/watching stuff that i wasn't looking for thats equally interesting.
did anyone else get chills when they opened the payload bay doors? its the same with the cupola..... watching the world fly by like that... makes you realize how tiny we actually are, and how amazing of a feat putting man into space really is. Just amazing. Thankyou discovery for all the wonderful years!
If I was a billionaire I'd donate many many of millions of dollars to continue space exploration & allow for additional flights to the ISS. I am beyond sad & disappointed that American Space Exploration is going to limited.
Welcome back to Space, Discovery for the last time. Look after your veteran crew. Also, welcome to Space Robonaut 2. Science fiction becomes science fact.
@mazzy22andringolover Aw DANG! I'm 3 years older than you... :3 3 years ahead perhaps? Naaaaaaaaahhh!

I was lucky enough to watch the launch from the causeway south of launch pad.
When they did finally gave the GO after the issue a massive cheer went up.m
This was one of the most amazing things to see in person!
