They hear a top bodybuilder say strict form and full range of motion and they THINK they know what they're talking about. I love reading idiots comments when they get on videos talking about Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman's form. 2 men with 11 Mr.Os between them and some Joe Blo on youtube thinks he can tell them how to do it better. Idiots are idiots are idiots.

    His elbows are flared out to the side. it should be inwards more making almost a 45 degree angle instead of a 90 degree angle.

    When you're pushing a car...naturally your elbows will be pointed downwards a little not off to the side like his.

  • What makes me laugh is the people that say I'm only 18 I only weigh so much and I can do 150lb's easy and I'm not as big as this guy! Well there diet is probably crap there form is probably awful! Training isn't just about how much weight you push. No one gives a shit how much u bench when u are competing on stage. It's what you've done to get to that stage and how you look!!! Happy trainin :-)

  • I am 202 and dumbbell press 150's for 7 to 8 reps.........I do use the juice and love it. I have been lifting for 9 years and know i am strong without it, just like the way i feel when i am on it. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yup its alot about balance if u got good balance u can easly do many even with high weight - i remmeber myself doing with 80s for around 20 reps but im light (145 pound at offseason)
