Actually it can be explained! What I have realised, is just like Adya says, the truth that is always here. Before I was constantly looking for something to fill me up, or some new experience, and now I see that that was all just me seeking distractions. I am much more grounded nowadays, and the ego is much less belevable. The witness part of me has become much more strong, and there is more presence. It is harder to get lost in illusion... I see through other peoples illusions...
