Que ja deveria ter infra-estrutura pra isso, claro que sim, mas espere um pouco: a Grecia que e um pais ate hoje bem agricola (que definitivamente nao e apontada como uma superpotencia), sediou uma olimpiada (com varias falhas tambem), a Australia (que por sinal seu grande boom de crescimento se deu grandemente nas olimpiadas 2000) tambem teve que desenvolver muitas coisas as pressas para dar conta do recado, a China entao (...) um escandalo atras do outro (o Tibet que o diga...) entao poxa ne!

Oh, I'm not patriot. :) To say the truth, I don't love no one country in special. But If I don't love a country, I love the people. It's a shame that the governement have 20bi of reals to invest in the Olympic Games, but doesn't have money enough to invest in education or healthcare. In the same day that was announced the Olympic Games, was published that the Brazil fall to 75º in the Human Development Index, but everybody was so occupied with a brief moment of joy to pay attention at this.
