Wow, bien hecho!! Great craftsmanship, really! I'll keep in touch with you to see what else you come up with. Saludos de los Estados Unidos. Sherlines are the best!
I am impressed with the Sherline. I have a much larger lathe that has difficulty with those chrome steel hard shafts. I consequently have started using water hardening drill rod, and hardening the work after turning. Of course it helps to have a master machinist using the machine!
Luiz,I have a small mini lathe coming this week (old one) and by watching your videos I have gotten a lot of ideas on what to look for and more, I hope you continue to share youe expertise with us,

Hi, until not long ago I had been supporting my family by
manufacturing small parts and micro gearings for the local commerce.
Now a new opportunity has come up through new videos with a proposal
from an American friend of mine.
Soon new videos will be posted with full HD quality as well as a new
approach aimed to teaching viewers a little about the things I know
besides allowing that many other people may make money at home.
Thank you so much for your question.

Luis,
I have a question. Is this a part time income for you or just a hobby?
GnosisMan50 2 months ago
Sorry my delay in answer you.
Before it was hobby, but now I'm living with it. I am assembling a factory in partnership in U.S. Regards Luiz Ally

Hi Luiz,
do you use G code for every cut or do you use the motors with a DRO?
sbuysgm 8 months ago
@sbuysgm Hi,
Thanks for you question,
I use for the two things, but normally for all cut with the stepper motor.

I must confess that I make some "miracles" with my Sheline machines.
But this is possible due a many modifications that I made on them.
As soon as possible I will post many informations about these modifications.
