  • No hydraulics, winches, or semi-trucks! We could do something this monumental in 1928 with screw jacks and horses, but today, all the codes and rules that "keep us safe" in the "world of government" would make it nearly impossible. If those men needed to obtain a permit from a modern day building department, they'd still be waiting. Then they'd have to bring the building up to new "green standards", simply because they had enough respect for the people who built it to save their fine workmanship
