Goon healing rate is excrutiatingly slow. It always irked me to no end. Also if you just hang around near Lamont long enough, he'll just attack you out of spite. But if you keep talking 'positively' to him, he'll just say 'get the fuck outta my street' and all his other lines but won't actually fight.

Once I actually got his dog to attack me without Lamont coming after me, so I then killed him separate. That might have been a glitch or just some really bad A.I. sight/sound detection :P

That and you can also provoke the gansters in the garage, if I'm not mistaking. That's always kind of painful.
