  • @sdurgefafd Sorry, who was this comment meant for? No one said silat was only knife fighting. In fact, this video is all about empty hand silat techniques. And why did you begin your comment with "LOL" What exactly did you find funny about your own comment?

  • i think jak othman sucks.i've seen him in malaysia.

  • @khairuleven Yes, a lot of people don't like Jak because he is one of the only financially successful and most well-known masters in Malaysia. Jealousy is a terrible thing. As for studying under him, he is one of my favorite teachers.

  • This is great! wow, I have to agree, this is one of the good installments in the series (some of my other favorites being Kuntao, Bokator, Northern Tai Elephants, and the Shan State installment). I really love the system being divided into phases, instead of a belt or sash system. He (Guru Kru Jak) really is amazing!

    it can improve flexibility, burn fat , and release toxins in the body
