Kode 9 - "I'll pick out the ones I like and he'll progress with those" / Burial needs to drop his exclusivity with Hyperdub so that he can release more... I guarantee Kode 9 looks past some serious growers, no A&R are perfect. I'm not saying all Burial should be released (although it would all sell), I'm just saying it seems MORE should.

Now he's signed to Hyperdub, his 3rd 2009 TBA album is probrably sitting completed in Kode9's house, just that Kode9 is thinking like a business, and wants to continuously release material with no gaps. Much like how Computers & Blues got delayed by 2 years.

I'm not sure people understand how labor intensive it is to go digging for the right vocal sample, chopping every word to rephrase it, time stretching it to fit, and toning up and down to fit the melody. This is how producers work from the pre-auto tune era.
