I was in grade 9 when is magic run happend and we had our entire class room coverd in Oilers flags and pictures from the newspaper and thos silver pom poms and everthing they had and yeah we came up short in game 7 and some poor and horrible NHL refing but Chris Pronger and Dwayne Roloson got us there ! The 2006 play-off run was great. I've been an Oilers fan since '77 (WHA). They sneak into the playoffs, when they shouldn't have been there and then take out the best team in the NHL in the Wings, They take on the Sharks and they shouldn't have won but they did. They go on to face the Ducks, they shouldn't have won, but they did. Then they kicked and clawed their way to a 7 game loss to the 'Canes. It was a great run and they have nothing to be ashamed of.
