So, Mr. LeFever. I have a challenge for you. It's in the comments of another video (in part), but I feel it's more appropriate here:

The legal basis for the constitutionality of the Internal Revenue Service is, as of yet, inconclusive at best. This is due to the intentional obfuscation and ambiguity of the laws regarding why the IRS exists and what it is legally allowed to do.

Can you explain the IRS in plain English?
