Excellent video and excellent teaching-when you started talking about how much pulls involve, let alone everythingelse, I knew you had mastered your business. That is so true, properly done pulls involve a lot of stuff. To do em' right, you have to understand how they work.
urmm to the guys out theres who weigh a lot.. i didnt know there is such a advise here so great... athough i had been doing the wrong stuff.. but i weigh 102kg... and i just keep pulling everyday and now i can do 7 pull ups even without the help of this useful advise..

Damn im really ashame that i trained gym and weight all those stuff but hardly can do 1 dead hang pull up.. really ashamed. . compared to those who never even train or went to gym can do 3,4,5 . . sigh i feel kinda depressed
@whitey6380 Youre not too heavy. I´m about 60 kg and add 45 kg of weight to do the pull up which results to just about your weight and a bit more. Try doing Negative pullups until you can complete one regular pulll up.

i use a lat pull down machine, but im bored of it, and ive been using it for years now.

it is really possible to do 100kg pullups.
Ive seen a guy at the gym do 145kg on the lap pull down which is basically like doing a pullup.
Btw ur probably not putting enough weight on ur lat machine.
And try to loose some weight if you can :P
