  • can you please tell me what you used ? i.e did u use for loops , while loops , breaks , etc

  • @whymeproducz For the actual simulation part, I have all the masses and springs in a linked list each. So in a simulation step, I go through each of them (traversing the lists) and calculate the new forces and positions etc. based on the values of the springs and masses. It's been a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly :-)

  • The results of your effort are truly beautiful!

  • @moviewatch12 Thank you! =D

  • hi can you email me the executuble perhaps zipped.

    Paresh

  • @adonitech I only made this program for Linux, so if you're running Linux, too, I can send it to you. Just send me your address as a message. (sorry it took so long to answer :-] )

  • @adonitech Actually, I recently remembered that I once was able to compile this for Windows. So I can send you a Windows executable, if you need that :-)

  • ALL of this in C? You're awesome man!

  • Yeah, I made the physics part; for graphics I used OpenGL and GLUT, but that still was a lot of work :-)

  • Also, don't forget to watch my other videos ;-)

I made the Tank Simulation and the Falling Cubes videos with C, too (I used POV-Ray for rendering for the cubes).

  • Fantastic! Love the straight-forward UI!

  • Thank you! I'm planning to make a hideable info panel to show the gravity etc.

  • just awesome :D

  • Thanks :D
