  • Did you ever fix it??

  • what was the problem? My 91 coupe is doing the EXACT same thing!

  • @19jody72 I cleaned the mass air meter, checked the timing, changed the o2 sensors and fuel filter.

  • @oldawgnewtrikz Well I'll be dam! did you have a CEL on? I do not! Everyone is telling me I need to have it dyno tuned.is your loading up on gas too?? Mine is...

  • what exhaust setup? sounds great man

  • @americanmadeZ06 Thanks!! It was a mac catback/prochamber with shorty headers in this video!

  • Lol still not Rollin

  • Well, it's time to move forward! New year, new motivation! Hope to be "Rollin in my 6.7" by 08-March-2011 (my birthday)

  • unforseen tragedy halted my build but it'll ne done soon

  • 410w goin in car next week

  • not gona lie it sounds fuckin beast

  • @TheLs1Terror Thanks bro, it was fun but not fast enough. Be sure to stay tuned, my 408w is being built. It's going to be nasty! I hope to have her back together in a few months.

  • why is that idle a bad thing haha.

  • @pedrotski2007 That surging idle is annoying

  • hey on your other video the car seemed to idle well without a tune, how did you get her to do that cuz my 94 is doing the same and ive been messing around with it for about 3 days now trying to get a stabil idle because it always ends up choking.

  • I took the other video first when it was still 35-40 degrees out here, and this was taken on a 70 some-odd degree day. Only thing i can come up with. Should have her tuned this week. Now, about your car, is it stock? There's several tricks to making it idle right.

  • yea its stock, freshly rebuilt 302 0.40 over and the e303 cam and thats pretty much it.

  • the first things I'd check for would be vacuum leaks, a bad MAS or maybe the IAC is dirty... common issues that cause idle surging. the other issue is the computer itself, in the 94-95 cars, the ECM doesn't take to kindly to modifications other than bolt-ons... a tune may be your only hope... as in my case

  • you try reseting your computer? just a thought, computers learn habbits and if its had like 100k on it then you threw a cam at it it could take awhile to figure it out if you don't?

  • Your theory sounds reasonable enough to me. She just needs to be tuned. I have a stuck p/s pulley to deal with first. It is not properly aligned with the other pullies and I have a brand new, shredded belt to prove it!

  • ouch! aren't belts just fun. well best of luck you got a nice car there.

  • sounds tough.

  • that's who mine idles well not as bad as yours but my five o is a 87 speed density five o with headers a possible cam because it idles like your it surges i recently found out my 02 senser was disconected is that possible because of my headers? Sould i reconect the o2 senser brah?? any info u coould give me i would greatly appriciate it brah

  • btw im 95_5.0@15 on the sn95 forums

  • Wow lol that sucks but the lope is kinda beasty!!
