Not a bad point, but just keep in mind that no US Soldiers are dying in germany right now. Soldiers and civilians are dying in Iraq and it doesn't look like that's going to change.

Also he never said he would bring back the draft but he would consider it if WW3 broke out. He also stated that he believes we are in the early stages of WW3. Something to think about.

I guess it doesn't matter now anyway.

I'm sorry if stating the fact on your lack of education hurts. I realise the Democrats who control the public school system have done a horrible job in properly educating the citizens of The U.S. As such, it is clearly not your fault.

Second of all. I know 54 soldiers, all except 2 support McCain; the 2 that don't support McCain, wanted Ron Paul.

I've attended public school from grades 1-6, then again for 12th grade. There is no assumptions at all. I found that I learned far more at private school then at public. As a scientist, I used observations, testing and conclusions based upon my observations. In this I concluded the public school system is failing. These soldier friends are all family members, as such we talk from any topic of, sex, religion, politics, economics, society etc. Obama will be elected, and fail horribly.

I am a reservist. I am deploying this winter. Nobody tricked me into joining. I was active duty from 91-98 and just rejoined in 07 because I was tired of seeing 19 and 18 year olds reporting to have been killed while I went about my comfortable suburban lifestyle even though I was trained and fit and I had gotten all I have wanted out of life. If this video was meant to scare people you must think your audience are cowards. I relish the chance to kill enemies that would kill my family.

I think what I really was trying to say is that joining the military is an honorable thing to do no less so than going to college right out of high school than deferring it 4 years to serve. It's honorable to enlist and give of yourself for your nation, I'd never deny that. I have many vets in my family, including my own father who served during Vietnam. We part ways on the issue of John McCain and more wars. He said for himself, three times that I found, that there are going to be more wars. On the surface, that's a generic comment and some may find it more alarming than others. However, considering his temperament and our failing economy, it is not something I'd like to chance.

And, because Youtube only allows 500 characters per post, I'd also like to point out that the choice to enlist is just that... a choice. If we became bogged down in three or four different wars -- we're already in two -- we would undoubtedly need more people. Where would McCain get them if he didn't re-enact the draft? That is the point of the video. Enlisting is currently a noble choice. With more wars, it'll no longer be an option because we simply won't have enough manpower without one.

He could have disagreed with her position on the draft to distance himself from that because the man does have ears and did hear her say it, there is no doubt, but he chose not to. It's what's unspoken there that disturbs me and others.
