Haha, I think its funny I am a big mayer fan and am guy for one but am a black guy so when I hit two of his concerts this summer I was a rare bread of Mayer fan. What he has done to revive blues to the younger generation is a big deal and most fans both male and female aren't even sensitive to fact that the majority of his songs Musically are constructed incredibly. yeah dude, when i saw him at summerfest in july, his cover of "don't need no doctor" was absolutely incredible, some of the best soloing i've ever heard/seen.
