hi...can someone plz give me the info abt the officer giving instructions during the target shooting? he's wearing sunglasses at 3:45 and 4:16. Plz tell me who he is..his name and whereabouts. He resembles so much someone i knew once. Plz respond.

do know him butthe base commader is Airmarshal who was the one of First Badge of F-16 went to USA for F-16 training
And USA Admit that Pakistan Airforce and Isreal Airforce are Best in world
He recently retired in 2005
