from the sound of it your squadron needs some discipline when we respond to a another cadet we go by rank and last name (how ur suppose to do) when we talk to an officer that person says yes mam or sir. When we are all in the same room and are talking to a senior member we all respond yes mam or sire with our diaphragm.
