Kiehl is a fantastic young man and a fantastic football player but he played in the worst conference in 4a Arkansas. He's gonna be good at Auburn, and a difference maker at the SEC level, but just being honest, his conference is 2a- 3a type conference. I don't expect him to be much of a home run hitter on the ground like he was in high school. He's not Cam, but he throws better. Either way, good luck Kiehl. The one thing this kid can't do is read coverage. He will blow your mind in everything else. His speed isn't spectacular but he is simply impossible to tackle. Very elusive.

Frazier will not be like Kodi Burns because he has a very good arm, Kodi was more of an athlete type player. He already runs the gus offense in high school, so with his upside and he already knows the basic of the offense, i would think that spell greatness. Curly, growing up a vanderbilt fan, I can personally attest to the class in which auburn fans conduct themselves. I think a situation that exemplifies this best happened after the vandy - auburn game two years ago. AU lost that game and vandy fans were yelling, "war damn dore" in response I am proud to say that auburn fans simply congratulated them and replied, "good game". There are some bad apples but for the majority I'd say we're pretty classy...

One advantage I think he will have is his offense is already extremely similar to Auburn's offense. This will make for an easier transition. I wish Cam would stay for his senior year and give him time to become a more seasoned quarterback but i dont think it will happen. It doesnt look like he'll be ready right away, but I think with time and coaching he will be a fine quarterback

I played him 2 years ago for Fayetteville HS as an "exhibition" and wipped his ass. Our school being a 7A Division school and his being a 4A. HUGE DIFFERENCE. they went to Texas to play the defending state champions a couple weeks ago and got slaughtered by like 50+ points and he had an awful game. @ggentry71 I think it depends a lot on coaching. If the coaches can get him to grasp the concept that he just won't be able to take off and run for a first down everytime the pass rush gets to close then I think he has great potential. The kid definately has an arm and an ability to scramble which I like so I guess we will just have to see how he develops. War Eagle everybody.

I'm very happy about this pickup. This is one of the few QB's out of highschool that we've gotten at Auburn recently that give me goosebumps like Jason Campbell did. Plus I think he's a little better than JC was at this stage of his career. He throws bullets and is accurate. He doesn't float his passes until he needs to put some touch on them plus he's mobile. I foresee a great career for this young man.

The one thing this kid can't do is read coverage. He will blow your mind in everything else. His speed isn't spectacular but he is simply impossible to tackle. Very elusive.

Video sucks compared to what Braxton Miller is going to do at Ohio State. Not one clip shows this kid running and in this video the wide outs did everything he just threw. College its not that easy.

@cwestry33 yeah he goes to a private school. he played in public school his freshman year. he actually didn't start as often as he should've that year, b/c the starting QB was a rich whiney kid and his parents were a controlling factor.. probably a reason in which kiehl went to private school to avoid some political bs. but he also went to private school for a better chance at recruitment. either way i think he'll do fine. trinity is a powerhouse

quit comparing frazier to Newton its unfair to him because we will most likely never see another Cam Newton. Frazier will not be like Kodi Burns because he has a very good arm, Kodi was more of an athlete type player. Frazier just won the USA today offensive player of the year with over 4,100 total yards throwing for 42 and running for 22.

@1johnwall1 your not the bright one, you dont know talent or potential when you see. every college football recruiting analyst that spoke on him(Frazier) says he has the most upside in the class. He already runs the gus offense in high school, so with his upside and he already knows the basic of the offense, i would think that spell greatness. And you must but one of Cam's very close buddies or some, because you never know what that guy is thinking.

@DMB206 4.3 is pretty quick dude. That's like NFL caliber speed, I don't think I'd pin him that high. I run the 100m in track and I run a 4.43, this guy looks a little like a 4.6 to 4.7, judging by the fact that he's in pads.

I like his accuracy throws a good ball. It's good he is going to aurburn college because it looks like the Cam newton offense they run at his highschool. But I will add too many QB's don't know how to three step drop these days and have to learn later on. What I'm looking for are natural football players like:
Ryan Mallett
Tyrod Taylor
Kellen Moore
Matt Barkley
think of tom brady not all that atheletic but he is a natural. Is this guy a natural we have yet to see but he's good.

@TheDue2820021 well actually gus malzan the ofeensive coordinator at auburn coached at this exact high school then worked his way up. the head coach josh floyd played QB for malzan and won many state titles. this offense of malzans has been around for years

Curly, growing up a vanderbilt fan, I can personally attest to the class in which auburn fans conduct themselves. I think a situation that exemplifies this best happened after the vandy - auburn game two years ago. AU lost that game and vandy fans were yelling, "war damn dore" in response I am proud to say that auburn fans simply congratulated them and replied, "good game". There are some bad apples but for the majority I'd say we're pretty classy...

One advantage I think he will have is his offense is already extremely similar to Auburn's offense. This will make for an easier transition. I wish Cam would stay for his senior year and give him time to become a more seasoned quarterback but i dont think it will happen. It doesnt look like he'll be ready right away, but I think with time and coaching he will be a fine quarterback

everybody looks good on a highlight tape. his stats are thanks to zann jones number 8 saving butt and the coaches letting him run the ball more than the running back (who is legit). only QB ive ever seen throw 2 maybe 3 interceptions to D ends in the same game.

you guys have no idea. He's mediocre seriously. I live in the city right next to springdale where Shiloh is at. THEY PLAY NOBODY GOOD. I played him 2 years ago for Fayetteville HS as an "exhibition" and wipped his ass. Our school being a 7A Division school and his being a 4A. HUGE DIFFERENCE. they went to Texas to play the defending state champions a couple weeks ago and got slaughtered by like 50+ points and he had an awful game. So you put that kid in any legitimate sit. he is NOT the shit

@ggentry71 I think it depends a lot on coaching. If the coaches can get him to grasp the concept that he just won't be able to take off and run for a first down everytime the pass rush gets to close then I think he has great potential. The kid definately has an arm and an ability to scramble which I like so I guess we will just have to see how he develops. War Eagle everybody.

And 3 of them played on National Championship teams. Pat Washington 1983 Auburn Tigers and a NC. Dameyune Craig 93 team that went undefeated and won a NC. Jason Campbell 2004 undefeated and a NC. I just gave ya 9 +3 reasons why blacks prefer Auburn over KSU. Enough reasons for ya?

all I can say is War Eagle baby.. Redshirt in '11, get some experience in '12 and take over for Cam in '13.. 3 year starter in one of the most aggressive offenses in the nation that will put all his ability on display.. oh and he'll be standing in the backfield with Michael Dyer :D WDE!!!!

I'm very happy about this pickup. This is one of the few QB's out of highschool that we've gotten at Auburn recently that give me goosebumps like Jason Campbell did. Plus I think he's a little better than JC was at this stage of his career. He throws bullets and is accurate. He doesn't float his passes until he needs to put some touch on them plus he's mobile. I foresee a great career for this young man.
