i gained 15 pounds from pregnancy, i dont know how to loose the extra pounds i wanna know if this workouts really can work , i love junk food and that's also what keeps me gaining weight i love exercise but i dont see results... some help please!
@VIANGYS86 To lose weight all you need to do is eat healthy foods and exercise. Thats all it comes down to. Give up the junk food, make whole foods your new eating habit. You can still have some junk here and there but you have to mentally and physically dedicate yourself to a healthy active lifestyle.
Well today is my 11th day of Insanity!!! I kinda feel like I am loosing my motivation so I had to stop by a few vids and get that motivation up again! Goodness this is really kicking my ass! :)

Nice job man, we all slip up from time to time but you got back on, and that's what counts! I just finished my final day tonight (Day 63) but my diet was a little wonky to end the program. Starting a new hybrid tomorrow and I'm also trying to get my eating back to where it should be.
Coach Chaz is BACK!!! Temptations will always exist but it's the mindset that this is a life journey and not just a 60-day means to an end. Keep bring it Brotha!

Hey Chaz, it looks like that camping trip really did you a lot of good; you are looking much more healthy these days!
