aunt orleana puckett delivered every child born on the mountain.she delivered the balsley children and the mayo children.elizabeth page and her husband samuel conrad balsley are buried back in the woods very near the humpback rocks visitors center.they are buried about a mile back into the woods.they lived up there from 1860-1900.i have pictures of the rocks used as headstones.they are buried within the floor of their cabin.
