It's not more powerful. They have the same amount of processors and the same VRAM. Only difference is the PS3 processors have "micro processors" in them, meaning 3 micro processors to each main Processor, thus giving them the ability to say OMG! 9 PROCESSORS! SO FAST!, but really, I saw this blog on the web from some ex-sony worker, and all it does is filter data ALOt more, making things slower to load. which is why it's hard to develop for the PS3, or make good ports.
