I just restored over the winter a 1986 ninja 900. It was given to me by a friend and neighbor as almost a basket case. To look at it today and ride it you'd think you were in a scene from top gun. Its now very clean, silver and black.
the old bike is more comfy and kinda more fun but as far as racing goes my 1985 gpz 900 with a 3 stage jet kit from e bay has never been spanked by a stock 600 ... period
i have gpz400r and that's the only bike i have and the first one! its a second hand but i really love it! mine is very old, it needs restoration but here in phil. its very expensive to restore that kind of bike, so im trying to find any group or company that is willing to sponsored to restore my bike for me! its very much appreciated.. thanks...
GS1150 vs. GPz900, yes the GS would win unless there were corners involved, then it would be bye bye boat anchor... just kidding love em both.
