Amazing Documentary. These children are so beautiful and sweet. It is sad how so many Ukrainians can only see the color of skin-- such a useless indicator of a person's worth. I hope more people are able to see this film and help bring change.

I was able to watch this film at Sundance today. It was inspiring. The skin head segments were particularly disturbing. Not unlike the skinhead/clan groups in this country. I have read some of the earlier racist comments on this site. Really, people, these kids exist and are trying to find a place in their homeland. Get over it. I am sure this view will be met with more deliberate ignorance. I pray that each of you will eventually see how hate has crippled you and make some changes.

Apparently u do not know that the whole regions of Tatars,Chechens, Igushs, Estonians and other people were deported to Siberia and other remote places. Many of them perished and died. Here in Canada, we accept everyone as equals which has made our country so peaceful, happy and successful. Hopefully this story will encourage more people to adopt so that these kids will recieve the love and opportunities they deserve!
