It's made up. In reality it's Naruto who's disguised himself as Sasuke and nearly kisses Sakura in this scene. It's one of 5 first episodes I think I'm not entirely sure.

It was the episode before Naruto, and all them, enter Orochimaru's hideout to find Sasuke while tieing up Sai. Then Kabuto comes along.
Well... to make the long story short it was Shippuuden episode 48.
