@bluehorse888 I've had Osgood Schlatter's while wrestling. While it's not exactly the kneecap, you get my meaning. As long as you don't do any hard running (without gradually getting into it), then you could probably do it. If you haven't already, you should get on the mat and see if you like it!

Bouvaisar Saitiev truely is a ledgend, look at the difference in body types.

Saitiev's technique and athletism is unmatched even at the age of 33, the only person that can compare to him is John Smith, they are both very simular but Saitiev has a larger array of offensive weapons I feel

Slay knew coming into the Olympics that he was going to have to wrestle this guy. He trained specifically for a match against him. He was working with a partner who had the same style as Saitev and was long and lanky. Slay could have ripped his head off if he wanted to. The double leg was pretty nice though. he deserved to win this match.

I had the pleasure of having Brandon Slay for a seminar at the gym I train at. I asked him how he won, he said he shot with the left leg lead rather than the right. He said he knew Saitev was looking for the right.
