How does the "push pull thing" work?

@IciaZz To create more turbulence and force more air through a cooler you have one fan pushing air into it while the fan on the other side is turned around so it is pulling the air out of it.

@moode4u Yes it would be. that one is like 19DB and this one it like 22.4DB at full speed.
