'Like The Other Girls Do' was played often here by another girl singer.... possibly Molly Bee, as she was one of those who often got played on radio but never had a hit
@ozrock17 I remember hearing "Army Green" in early '65, but the radio jocks back then never announced who sang it. Then a few months ago it was up for bid on eBay & I found out about Dale Brooks. It was released on Dolphin Records, an indie label owned by Laurie Records; it's a pricey collectors' item that now sells for $75.00+ in near-mint condition. (Don't know the value of an Australian/UK pressing.)
@pgh45rpms Oh, great! I have the single on the Australian Stateside label, and in very good condition. Wasn't a hit here though, Just found a source that says 'I Wanna Be Your Girl' was released in Oz on Philips International in 1966 and made the Sydney 2SM Charts breifly for 2 weeks peaking at #33.

Thanks for posting this nearly-forgotten teen singer; never heard it before.
I remember Dale's "Army Green" 45 from about a year earlier -- in the same vein as Diane Renay's "Navy Blue".
