i have the sx 950, near mint, it keeps up with my 200 watt per channel adcom pre/power amp combo, but my bryston combo smokes the 950, i also have sx850 but the preamp is out, they just dont make all in one units like this today, today they do make awsome separates, but you might have to sell your wife and kids or your ass in order to afford them, todays pioneer recievers are a laugh, i ve seen the inside of the 7000 dollar elite ht receiver, you can buy separates for that much that do better.
had 1050 back in the day use to dj hotels downtown chicago monster sound clear had fisher 3way spks 15'' and piezo tweeters on top and jensen ls5 15''3way spks.One of the best receivers i ever own.
Dcamack is correct We will never see receivers built like this again. The resources and will to recreate this kind for late 20th century gem it not around.
How do you clean these? My family has one that I found.. my dad bought it 40 years ago. It works good just needs some cleaning.

i got one but it plays when it wants too dont know how too fix it i think their is a short on one of the front can any body help
