I work at Wal-Mart, and with all I've seen, this doesn't surprise me a bit. I saw a girl about a week or so ago wearing just a shirt, underwear and socks. She wasn't 18 or at least looked like she wasn't. Every time I think I've seen it all, someone comes along to prove me wrong.
