It is silly for Billy Packer to react that way. There is some initial contact as they are both battling for the ball, but you can clearly see that Magloire's arms are limp and not pushin or pulling on Wojo. Wojo was just doing a nice acting job to try and get a foul or technical foul. But Kentucky won anyway in route to their 7th NCAA Title.
