  • poker is not hazard game but if yo u lost control u can lose it all so if you can't control your self well just don't start playing poker is a hard game well you need little luck yea but the skills are what makes you winning again and again well I'm just start playing poker and I like it BUT I NEVER BET MONEY THAT I CAN'T LOSE

  • The thing that makes all the difference: The addict just played, deposited more and more money and when he got lucky in a tourney he would feel invincible and go to a high limit cash table and lose it all I guess. And the millionaire spent 800 hours practising, reading and learning from better palyers. This is a lot of hard work and ppl who think they can just login and win and dont know how to manage their money(also in other parts of life) are bound to get in trouble. Just dont blame the game.

  • Fell victim to the game? What the hell. SELF CONTROL. YOU fell victim to yourself.

  • unfortunatly online poker didn't love him bk yeah LOL defo a joke!!

  • this is a joke right?

  • why did he say he was suspended from school for playing online?

  • Good at managing his money? Losing a 10K bankroll in 2 days is not management...

  • i wish i was that good :(

  • I like how dusty is pulling the cart like a donkey

  • @LaPendulum

Great comment that is so ironic.

  • @LaPendulum HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....touche...

  • @LaPendulum best part is how you got 13 likes, lol

  • @LaPendulum It's Michael, not Dusty.

  • reading a mens health magazine whilst eating doritos ... just wow

  • poker isn't gambling my friend...that's why you're on the road with your dogs :-)

  • or.. you could play live? and be good at poker

  • kind of hurts watching knowing i plan to play poker tonight, but it's good to have perspective on things.

  • u just look at that guy and u know hes' sum1 that can't fold

  • a gambling addition, its not that funny, Many people with gamble addictions are more prone to acts of suicide even if your successful at poker you can still lose everything as fast as you made it because of greed, now be a professional gambler or be a professional person theres a world out there where u can be anything if u try hard enough

  • pee'd into a Gatorade bottle? awesome

  • $1000 an hour???? I am going to start playing poker!!!!!

  • hard to take this documentary serious when you film Dusty acting like a douche in the first 3 mins....

  • This is awful

  • pokerstars is rigged

  • if u win keep playing

    if u lose stop playing

    sounds easy?

    yeah it is really easy!

  • he can tell his dog about all the bad beats

  • That's something who people calls BRM, or Bankroll manegement. All the succeed poker players knows about it...

  • I lost like 50 bucks the other day, is my life ruined too?

  • I lost approximately $500 bucks. Now I'm studying regular.. After I graduate, it's like earning 60-70K a year..

Poker winnings a year: 10.000-10 milion.

    Chance to succeed: 0,0001%

Studying hard and get a good job loan:

    40.000-250.000

    Chance to succeed: 85%

  • @tonyt0ny lower those chances to 43%

  • I made 6k from 50 dollars playing poker

  • when is the fbi gonna test the rigged generator of online poker 2 enduce bigger pots and there for online scams

  • @ikweetbeter There allready are several pieces of software that track every possible odd there is. You can even get that software yourself...

  • @Harresd That may be so but unlike chess it is actually possible for human beings to beat a computer in this game.

  • @PeterRoeder31 What does that have to do with software that tracks wether poker is rigged or not? Your not making any sense.

  • @Harresd I misunderstood you. Anyway, that's a good point you have, but how would you prove that the thing is rigged rather than just some guy having been very lucky?

  • @PeterRoeder31 Thats what the software does, it shows every imaginable odd into the smallest detail, and over billions and billions of hands, all the odds on the major sites ( pokerstars etc) are exactly as they should be. So people who say "rigged" are just fish who cant deal with bad luck.

  • @ikweetbeter agreed someone really needs to do something.

  • @ikweetbeter done

  • Even when you're good there is still a tremendous amount of risk in poker.

  • @StarWoors search: ev plus plus pokertools risk of ruin.

    Bankroll management ftw.

  • meet dusty.... dusty likes boys.

  • I like the idea but bad film maker, not a great doc.

  • so now he lies down like a cow on grass

  • He lost because he was a gambler, not a poker player

  • God it sounds so much like hes addicted to to hard drugs. Makes me laugh my ass off.

  • Comment removed

  • @PeterRoeder31 says the fish

  • @stonedtoperfection22 I'm a master chess player and has made a lot of money at sports betting and casinoes. Online poker is NOT a skill game because there is no real reading opportunites. The books on this subject admits this. That ugly, fat American in this documentary could might as well lose his million dollars very quickly. I'm not being rude. Just being honest. (And to watch this guy "work out" was pretty disgusting, sorry.)

  • @PeterRoeder31 lol lose his million dollars quickly? You obv know nothing about poker and bankroll management

  • @stonedtoperfection22 This is not about knowing something. I'm just saying on-line poker is a luck game. Since you cannot read your opponents what can you do? Besides that there are many options of cheating on-line.

  • @stonedtoperfection22 That you make this into something about knowledge seems pretty insane, sorry to say. Stick to the point or don't write anything.

  • @PeterRoeder31 You're a fucking idiot. There is no way you're even remotely good at chess because you're absolutely clueless.

  • @millsy1987 FUCK YOU DIPSHIT!!!!!!!!!!

  • @millsy1987 why reply to trolls?

  • @PeterRoeder31

You can read betting patterns & the amount of time it takes for you opponent to act. You can also use those aspects against your opponent yourself. Aside from reading visual/verbal cues, the basic strategy still applies online (e.g., don't play 7-2 o/s from early position, etc). If you play online vs. a skilled pro, you'll always loose in the long run. I play Hearts online, too. And, aside from the visual/verbal cues, the game is fundamentally similar to the way it is live.

  • @stonedtoperfection22 FUCK YOU DIPSHIT!!!!!!!!!

  • How do you view your lifetime Graph on poker?

  • @jakeebo if talking about online play you can go to tableratingsdotcom

  • But then there's also the issue of people who use cheating software to get an edge, that definitley makes it questionable and the fact that there's no regulation for the companies either.

Oh and the monster egos, people who don't get off on making money but on rubbing someone's nose in a bad beat. I always loved slaying a dickhead like that, because eventually it happens to them too, the guys who shit on everyone else, and they just quietly leave the room, suddenly with nothing left to say.

  • I got hooked on OLP for a couple years. When I followed smart strategy and had good discipline I could more or less break even, occasionally make a small profit. What keeps it going is gambling addiction, people thinking it's going to pay off someday. My roomie was an addict who would blow his rent money on poker. That's what's degenerate about the game. You're basically stealing from less clever people and hot heads who can't control their emotions. That's a very immoral way to make money.

  • @jwallbanger Rigging and stealing elections, Lying to the whole country you dictate and invading another country based on those lies, but actually for oil, singing laws which makes poker players criminals, violating the geneva convention, having no regard for the earth, having no regard for the poor, hamming it up with your "haves and have mores", wiping your ass with the constitution, pissing on peoples rights, and countless other ****, is all immoral.Poker is just a card game of skill.

  • @stonedtoperfection22 Yes I agree that all those things are immoral, and poker is "just a card game of skill." But when you put money into the equation, HARD EARNED money that WOULD have paid for rent, diapers, food, school clothes etc for those dumb enough to gamble against a skilled pro player, the shark that took it from them IS doing something immoral. Nothing is produced from gambling, it's just the clever parting the unclever from their cash with no concern for them.

  • @jwallbanger what about people that spend their "hard earned money" on alcohol or lottery that the government provides for them. The point is if people want to spend their money recklessly they will find a way. Poker is a skill game considered by many to be a sport. Very similar to chess, people play chess for money is that immoral?

  • @stonedtoperfection22 I don't get why you think stating lists of other immoral acts would make gambling seem less immoral. That's like saying "stealing is wrong but so is murder!" That's not an argument, it's nonsense.

And yes, if pro chess players are making their living from amateurs that unwisely bet their money it, that's also an immoral way to make a living.

  • @stonedtoperfection22 And furthermore, poker is not purely a skill game, there's a very definite gambling side to it as well. That's why you see Hellmuth losing it again and again. He often makes the better plays and still sucks out, often many times in a row.

  • @jwallbanger Things like an attitude that getting rich quick will solve your problems or gambling your family's rent away should be addressed, but poker isn't the issue. Anything can be an addiction. If poker is someone's addiction, then it is wrong for them to play poker.

  • @stonedtoperfection22 Are you then trying to insinuate that it's not wrong to make a living off of gambling addicts? Gambling addiction ruins lives, that's why it's been considered among the very worst of all vices for many centuries. Virtually every government that has ever existed has ended up outlawing or at least heavily controlling it for this very reason. People get hooked, their kids end up in foster homes and the only ones who benefit are the casinos and the sharks.

  • @jwallbanger The government has made it legal for Casinos to operate in many states and also makes a load of cash off of the lottery. Some people play poker because they enjoy the game and are aware they might lose $60. The kind of gambler your talking about doesnt lose their house and families from playing poker, they lose it playing games like blackjack and roulette.

  • @stonedtoperfection22 Not true. People get addicted to poker too and lose everything to it. Just a simple google search will show you hundreds if not thousands of stories of people suffering poker addictiona dn losing everything to it. Where do you think those poker millionaires get their money? From other winners? Nope. From people who go into debt and lose everything to poker addiction. I have seen this first hand in fact, a roomie who ditched his wife and kid for poker.

  • @jwallbanger So you can guarantee that if poker would be banned they wouldn't lose their money? Not true at all, they would bet on sports, play roulette or blackjack.

  • @kutaplex No, and your rationale is faulty. Just because people would find some other way to gamble their mortgage payments away without it doesn't make professional poker any less immoral. Is it OK to steal someone's car because they weren't changing the oil? Is it OK to kill someone because they had cancer anyway?

It's the pro poker players' decision to take advantage of people that makes it immoral, the circumstances of their victims has nothing to do with it.

  • @jwallbanger I'm going to assume you're intelligent after reading your comment. I would like to discuss this with you over your beverage of choice, so that I can explain to you why you are incorrect. But, seeing as that will never happen, I will pose to you the following question- Is it immoral for the states to 'take advantage of' people who cannot help but put their paychecks into lotto, horse-racing, sports-betting, casino games etc. when statistically they will not win?

  • @jwallbanger I say that poker is the only 'fair gamble' there is, as it is between one player and another. An addict is an addict is an addict, and a gambler is a gamblrer is a gambler. Please don't make poker the scapegoat. Good day, sir.

  • @jwallbanger Oh, final thought for today. What if someone is not a "professional", but a good casual player, is it still immoral? Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers!

  • @jwallbanger

Gamblers gonna gamble... If not on poker than on something else. that's the way it goes

  • @stonedtoperfection22

Yeah, when I get knocked out of one of the little $20 buy-in homegames that I play with friends, I steam for a few hours about playing poorly and being out $20 bucks. But, I'm not out on the street living in the cold the next day. And, morally, at least the money goes to ppl I care about. I think there's a big difference between gambling with your life savings vs. playing within your means. I don't see how playing within your means can be considered gambling, or risky.

  • @MacBubbles Its generally not considered risky or gambling. Personally I dont there are many people living on the streets because of poker. I have worked in a casino for 5 years and I can tell you most of the degenerate gamblers are playing blackjack or other carnival games, not poker. I guess you could call poker immoral and a lot of other people on this page would agree but I think banks are immoral and so is every other business if you wanna look at it that way.

  • @stonedtoperfection22

I hate to break it to you, but you seem just as immoral as those who you patronize. Working in a casino for 5 years? Profiting on the excesses of degenerates and profiting on the immorality & greed of others? Don't tell me it took you 5 years to figure out what was going on there...

  • @MacBubbles sorry but you seem a bit confused. casino dealers don't work on commission. you get a shitty hourly wage and when people win.. WIN.. they sometimes tip you.

  • @mitchsmullet

My post said nothing about commission. No one is forced to work for a "shitty" hourly wage anywhere. The fact is that the money from their wages is coming from somewhere.

  • @mitchsmullet actually casino dealers make from anywhere from an odd 40,000$ to a sum of 80,000 yearly salary and then tips could be a range from 100$ to a few 1,000$ a night.

  • @tphelps0629 i didnt deal in las vegas. 100 bones was a good night. and i made 13k a year

  • @MacBubbles lol its pretty much the same thing as paying for anything else that someone considers fun.. i don't really see a difference.

  • Well I didn't learn much from this documentary, although I bet Michael could probably make a decent hourly wage playing street violin and I was suprised to see it featured a player that I've heard of before like ( leatherass ). I play online poker for fun, kind of like a side hobby at times but I also take big breaks too.

  • It's funny how Dusty's video is on him working out but he is fat as hell

  • Great way to push the OLP scam. Rig up a couple of players, and hook hundreds in the process by showing videos like this.

  • was just watching a teaser tutoral of dusty playing 200nl on dtb. some how i bounced over to this vid. i'm interpreting this as a sign that i will end up a winning player, or a homeless guy who lost his br and now wonders in vain across the country like boxcar willie without a freight.

  • what he says from around 5.00 is wrong, he says he wasnt good at money management, but good at playing... if you are good at short term poker, but suck at long run; this means you are not playing poker properly, poker is about loosing short terms and winning long terms. micro stakes multitable ya plonker, this film is such like gimmick, this film is like lol on the surface stuff

  • @benzesty I think you're wrong here. He's talking about playing too high stakes and therefore having too high a risk-of-ruin. So he could be winning $10,000 in tournaments, but then buy-in for, say $1000. You keep playing a high-variance game, you're *gonna* go broke. What he should have done was follow the 20-buy-in rule, or 50 buy-ins for MTTs. Even the *best* player in the world WILL go broke if they eventually play for too high stakes.

  • what a gimmicky film.

  • @benzesty

Yep, just another way to push the OLP scam.

  • he was not playing any of the players?

  • very nice!

  • Walked how long? Who paid for the trip?

  • michaels not a atre ck his wat we call a donk he and a fish if you have 10000 and 3 days later your broke your doing somethink very wrong

  • looking forward to the final version

  • Meet Dusty, he's the gayest fucking millionaire in the world

  • @Kwinten1988 Still hes a millionair

  • lol @ leatherass making $1k/hr. His hourly is at the absolute max ~$600

  • so comical hes pulling a cart cross country just like a donkey would. LMFAO

  • @cardmastad k that point has been made like 50 times but thanks!

  • @cardmastad haha funny

  • 2.15million dollars in 3.47million hands

  • today i got 8$ free on 888 made 50$ in an hour and lost it all in a sec. :(

  • Nice video. I feel like gettin a donkey's money!

  • he looks like such a jew lol

  • Yeah every donkey needs a cart

  • rofl dusty because leatherass :P

  • I think a lot of online poke is shady, btu I'm not stupid enough to spend a fortune on it. I gamble and play poker for fun.

Dusty, you fat dork. Dude exercises and then eats chips? LMFAO! Fucking moron. I'll train ya Dusty. $75 a session.

    Is this even real?

I wonder how these guys make money now that there is no online poker in The US

  • I feel bad for his dogs

  • "You couldnt stop me from clicking." Have some morals you d bag. Michael is too stupid to realize he is taking money from his friends account?I doubt it he is just a shady POS!

  • i always find hilarious when people talk about bankroll management and other people sucking bad at the game as if they where making millions on top of millions specially in only poker when the truth is that 80% has not being able to grind a nintendo 64 worth of cash out of the game,

the goverment said it loud and clear IT WAS A PONZIO SCHEME they gave some people money to keep the hopefuls jumping whilke the CEOS pocket all of your money thinking they will never had to payed it back.

  • @myone2008

a ponzio scheme? also every online poker site isn't necessarily a ponzio scheme nor has it been called one by the doj. Though they do rip people of with rake, arguably.

  • @zeejustin6 do you even know what a ponzi scheme is? google it and you will find out how much time and money you have given to this crook's they have to hang howard letherer and "judas" ferguson from the talles tree on my opinion

  • The funny thing about is the one guy thats broke coulda been a better poker player all around then the Pro, but Ill say it once and Ill say it again THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF PLAYING POKER IS BANKROLL MANAGEMENT SIR!

  • "I was good but I'd always end up at 0" LOLOLOL ok buddy

  • this is probably someone losing a prop bet and had to do this this stupid video

    lol

  • This is for real - leatherass9 was his user name and check his stats on poker pro labs - guy was really good.

  • @maxirierez109 thought it was :)

  • This film is a joke right?

  • @MrGamblerPro its actually not. leatherass is truely an online poker millionair

  • so what happens now, I would think all these grinders are struggling because poker has lost it's appeal to a huge degree and there is far less interest, and I mean these online heroes build their massive bankrolls off of fish and donkeys who start up put some in and lose it. But, while a few guys go broke, probably 95% put in $50, lose it, and say, screw poker I'm done. Where is the money coming from now...

  • the guy with the millions is using some automation software... he is not playing poker by person.. what software is this?

  • @WindowsSoftwareDe Its called "SITOUT"

  • @WindowsSoftwareDe he's sitting out of the tables...

  • loll one is a good player, the other is a fuckin donk who tought that callilg an all-in bet with a bottom pair and a back door flush draw would be good,.....

  • eorrrreeeeeeee the donkey pulling the cart,,,i wonder if they edited for it to be like that lol

  • Come on Seriously. Your failure is the reasosn why I can't play poker online anymore. Are u serious?? HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL. How does he eat. Bet monny and daddy sends him a check. Sorry dude I started out 100 bills 2007 in 2011 when the killed it I was at 194.65. I played for fun u ass waipes killed it. I hate do gooders like you.

  • i hope he got his money out before it went tits up

  • People like him make my salary

  • the guy pulling the cart has two problems. 1. He's addicted to something he sucks at. 2. He doesnt use bankroll and actually work to get good at his game. Why play irresponsibly when you can play within your bankroll or build from scratch the free way. Glad he learned his lesson. Its too bad he learned it such a hard way.

  • if you want to stay in touch with whats going on with the full length version of drawing dead, go to Facebook.com /DrawingDeadPokerDoc

  • that's cute...in the beginning he's pulling that cart just like a donkey

  • moral of the story - dont be a fish

  • lol, and no one sees that its an obsession, not poker, thats the problem? same with alcohol and so many other things...

  • Thanks for the new flat screen, Mike.

  • michael tried football and lost,tried baseball...lost...michael is a natural-born-loser

  • d-d-d-donk

  • dude ur talkin bout $10 - $50 .....WHO THE FUCK CARES? THATS WELFARE MONEY

  • 03:51

why would he get thrown out from a school for playing poker? Liar.

  • poor michael shoulda taken some of his winnings out and invested in his game by joining a training site like Dusty's. then he'd learn about bankroll management, allowing him to hone his skills and move up the ranks. then he'd realize that....

poker is a lot like sex. everyone thinks they're great at it, but most ppl don't really know what they're doing.

  • This guy ruined his own life. If poker can ruin you, should it be illegal?

Well than you can pretty much illegalise just about everything.

People lose their house on slot machines, BAN SLOT MACHINES.

People become alcoholics and lose everything they have, BAN ALCOHOL.

People get addicted to videogames and lose sense of reality. BAN VIDEOGAMES.

People lose everything they have on the stock market. BAN THE STOCK MARKET.

Michael has himself to blame for not managing his bankroll properly.

  • How about a documentary on how greasy corrupt those sites are. The RNG was so obviously rigged for action it obscene. I am so happy the almighty gubment shut those morons down and are raping them with a zeal i applaud.

People just don't think-Do you really believe a gambling site with no oversite is going to be legit-If you do, then you are one of the "suckers born every minute" people always talk about.

And don't tell me about the kahnawake farse of a commision either.

  • @commonsensrules Spoken like a true "he hit his two outer so the game must rigged!!" rookie who doesn't know how any card room works B&M or online. Clue: More hands = more rake!! Simples!

  • 100% retarded

  • He should've said "I almost ruined my life WITH poker." Poker didn't ruin your life. You just used it as a vehicle to do it yourself.
