the real part is importing in dreamweaver and then publishing it...how do you import it in dreamweaver, and make it as text for text instead of just an image?

I second that... By creating text that reads "13 comments", you actually created nothing but text. It is not linked to nowhere, and thus it has no meaning. If you want to learn people to post "13 comments" on their website, which you are sort of trying to teach them, you should also teach them how to add value to the text they type...
