seriously dont listen to those who say decrease doesnt work it really does work believe me or also you can make your own try it mix your foundation, face moisterizer, and some butter creme on a lil jar works good let me know how it works

I use the Loreal Decrease and I love it... It is half the price and works the same on me... I will never by the high priced ones again...

you needa apply your either a.)too faced shadow insurance or b.)urban decay primer potion FIRST. then apply the others. haha. good luck.

did you put like too face shadow insurance first or like urban decay primer potion first....??? and you gotta put that on first girl and then put on NYX MILK and the other one because the primers are suppose to block out the oily part so prevent from creasing... LOL its okay girl... I am just starting make up too so yeah try that first....

I use L'Oreal Decrease and I can say that it works for me. No matter what amount I use, it never creases, and lemme tell you, I have EXTREMELY oily lids.

ive been using elf cover stick as a base for my eyeshadows. It seems to work for me. I'd love to try the urban decay primer, but $17 hurts my wallet too much. Maybe I'll try the loreal.

they dont crease as a base they crease as a primer if you use something like urban decay primer potion or too faced shadow insurrance or benefit fy eye or loreal decrease it wont crease à at unless you have extreme oily lids and you run a marathon lol

Hey!

A primer like Urban Decay Primer potion or Loreal Decrease is a really good idea.

You could wear a base on top of that on top.

Hey girlie, the milk pencil is a good base, but you have to get a primer to go under them. and when you use the pencil, you cannot put alot on, a thin layer goes along way :) Once you blend it out into a thin layer, it wont crease at all. (: but a primer is a must to avoide creasing of any eye product!
