@puckpuckis 1. Rockerverb = I really like the classic rock flavour of the Orange and being able to push it further for some high gain tones. It's also very simple to use which I prefer.
2. Rectifier = very versatile, the FX loop feature is extremely useful but does need an overdrive pedal in front to give it a bit more juice.
3. JVM = I'm not a big fan of Marshall's. There were some cool tones that I got out of it, but there is too much high end bite that was quite difficult to dial out.
@XSStrings Not always. On my own amps (Diezel Einstein, Egnater Tourmaster) I don't use an OD pedal because they have enough gain for a lead tone. I just add a little delay for my leads.
It really depends on the amp, some just need a little extra boost to get a sweet tone.
Fantastic tone and the chops to make the most of it! Great review of the vintage channel. How did you find using the recto's fx loop? I had mine for 6yrs and still find it a pain in the ass!
@guitarfreak3d Thanks a lot dude, I got on fine with the FX loop. I can't recall how I had it set, but nothing too complicated. I think the dials might have been at 12 o'clock. Start from there and then tweak to taste and hopefully that'll help.
DUd have not seen your review in a while and wow what happened to you!!?? Any ways, as always you rock at reviews, could you do a review on the Mesa Mini Rectifier please! Thanks.
@nicolasrivera Thanks man, I've been practicing quite relentlessly, appreciate your support :) I've tried the Mini Rectifier and it is amazing! I'll see if I can get my hands on one to demo.

I just wondered, which amps do you prefer of Rockerverb, JVM and the rectifier and why, 1 to 3.
Cheers

@testing123reviews does he always put an overdrive pedal in front for his shredding solo tones?

Tube Screamers are a better boost for a recto! Tightens the bass and makes palm mutes crunch like a mother!

Maybe tune your guitar if you're going to record a video - Maybe, Little Bit, No? =]
