3.1.3 on MC models has an untethered Jailbreak if you use Spirit. I had mine untethered but I upgraded to 4.1, then downgraded to 4.0 when in all actuality its better to have a lower firmware with an untethered jailbreak then to have a higher firmware that barely has any new updates (folders, game lounge, and lowered base memory)

Like the apps u got in the app store and if jailbroken, from installous. Will they all be deleted or still stay?
