  • Blondy Woman.

  • what if it escaped n brought its frends i ould book out of there

  • How is she now?

  • you have a healthy looking burgandy there my friend and looking at its long legs and small opisthosoma you may well have a male also. Definately a burgandy though and a beautiful specemin at that.

  • how much you pay ?

  • is it just me or is her left rear leg a bit small too.

  • Hey man. Nice buy. It looks more like a T.stirmi than a T.blondi to me

  • I had one field collected...died the next day lol. Have 19 others doing fine

  • How much did a specimen of this size cost you?

  • i think you should name her alia

  • If it was male I would say octavious

  • once a tarantula mad alway will be mean

  • u clearly dont know how to handle a t. do u??

  • @clubpengui1n STFU, stop trolling on tarantula videos! you dont know shit about Ts

  • New Goliath Bird Eater (T.blondi how much do they go for there asking for a 100 in miami let me know.

  • i saw one of those at an animal expo i went to today

  • In Rick West gallery there is a dark color form witch looks pretty cool

  • how is she so far? I'm looking for a well tempered tarantula. I've had the chance to work with some during my spider research in a lab, but I've never had one as a pet before.

  • That is one nice looking T. Blondi! =)

  • Alright mate my name is alan I'm from birmingham England i have a female t blondi aswell. Your t blondi looks cool how is she doing

  • Java =)

  • ur lucky u get a lot of T's and I only have 1 pet store and the guy who runs it hates spiders so he nearly never has any bt that is a cool critter u got

  • T.blondi temperament wise is not that bad. Tarantulas don't like the metal feel of tongs, it's better to use a paint brush they get less defensive.

  • what a stunner, in the vid the substrate looked abit dry you need to get the humidity up good they like it a good 80-90 % humidity : D

  • @tarantulamatt

hehe its at 99% humidity i just soaked an eco earth brick like 3 hours before and that moss is very moist too. No worries tho it has great ventilation and it should come down to around a constant 85% :)

  • @projecht65 thats good must off been the cam, do a update on her when shes settled in : )

  • @tarantulamatt

I will record a feeding video tonight of her, hope she cooperates :D I think I will call it "goliath vs goliath" (evil laugh!)

  • @projecht65 thats a really nice t.blondi

  • Great new addition man she looks great I want to get a couple of baby T. blondi so that I can watch them grow man I can't wait to go to the reptile expo in October to get myself a couple more Ts oh and I think you should name her melody

  • Looks like a Theraphosa sp. "Burgundy" to me

  • @JensTwn

that would be a good thing if it was then right? aren't theraphosa sp. "burgundy" more expensive than t.blondi? other than color there isnt much different about the 2 I dont think.

  • @projecht65 If you see long hairs on patella it will be a T. blondi.

The T. sp "Burgundy" dont have those long hairs on patella and they are also easier to breed and many are sold as T. blondi´s

  • @JensTwn

yeah this girl def has the long brownish red hairs on the patella then down the rest of her leg segments :)

  • Congratz man well it looks red so how about Rose

  • Beautiful Blondi! She looks freshly molted. Got itchy just watching this vid.
