lvl 30 is so easy, all you have to do is get as close to the metal thing as possible and go full power, eventually it will all the bombs then all u have to do is hit the other balloons, simple.

Well I am directly for the top ice balloon and then hit one of the bloons that have frozen due to the burst of that ice balloon. By doing so it bounces and hits the bombs.

lol 38 is really easy. Just throw an arrow in between two black squares and it will go through and hit the pink baloon and you'll get it.
