My comment has nothing to do with an accused being brought before the Supreme Court. It was the Court's ruling that if I came to arrest you "illegally" then you have the right to defend yourself and prevent my illegal action. Therefore if the President orders the arrest of US Citizens without a warrant, it is illegal and ALL American's should resist with resounding force. There are thousands of us at the highest level of law enforcement that WILL NOT obey any unconstitutional order.
