@spartus09 all 1st gen "w" series ex.w250 if you read the driver side visor it tells you from 2h to 4h you must be moving so yes also at any speed so on the fly now 2h to 4l must be stopped in neutral to shit there hope it helps

Nice to see a good clean running diesel, all these people who say that black smoke is inherent and diesels are therefore dirty are full of shit, you just have to have good clean injectors tuned to suit the grade of diesel you are running and it will go mint.

It sure was, Holset H1C with a non wastegated 21cm turbine housing making about 18 psi max...I put the 16cm quick spol housing on it along with bosch 190 injectors and a few other things and it now makes about 33 psi.

Yes, it was turbo. All first gen trucks were turbo, unlike ford and chevy back then. This truck was cream of the top, and ruled the duel. Cummins makes a fine engine. A+
