Here is fact for everyone. Baggy/Saggy pants started in prison a couple of decades back. When an inmate made another inmate his bitch. The bitch inmate would wear his pants sagging to let every other inmate know he isn't available. Then it was brought out to the streets where every black/mexican/wigger does it. Funny part is that none of them actually know the reason why this trend started. They just like to follow the crowd.

"Sagging" actually started in Folsom State Prison. Incarcerated black males who become violent behind bars eventually go to the isolation ward. After a few days of isolation, these "tough black men" just couldn't take being alone so they killed themselves by hanging themselves with their belts. So the belts were removed from the prison population, and after years in prison and loosing body weight, these men feel comfortable without them on now. And now this is suppose to be "cool?" Bullshit.

It is also cost effective. When you grow up you won't have to always keep buying pants. So pants that were baggy on me during 4th grade fit real well at 6th and so on. It's cost effective and same with shoes. Always bought 1 size bigger. When your poor in the bay area you have to be Cost-effective.

Some of the guys in the video have em slightly baggy, but they look comfortable. You have to admit though, some of these guys just need to go back to the store and buy pants that are their size. Getting em 1 size bigger is comfortable and gives you more room. Getting pants 3 sizes too big just makes you look like a clown. That is not a matter of opinion. When you go out in public, everyone is laughing at your "plumber" look. EVERYONE.

It is also cost effective. When you grow up you won't have to always keep buying pants. So pants that were baggy on me during 4th grade fit real well at 6th and so on. It's cost effective and same with shoes. Always bought 1 size bigger. When your poor in the bay area you have to be Cost-effective.
