This is the first time I've heard a new remix of To the Same Heights, the one I loke best is the memento remix.

And yeah, this is the anime, but it was a visual novel before. Correct me if im wrong but they named the visual novel after the band clannad, probably because of the meaning.

@zquallleonheart Well I wouldn't say they named it after the band, but it may have been inspiration. Pretty sure a rough translation of the gaelic word 'Clannad' is 'Family'.
