When my eldest was a couple years old and I took her to Manly, Sydney(australia), she had a Seagull swoop and took food from her hand just before she was going to put it in her mouth. Twice! LOL

you have a way with animals, my dad got attacked when he ate a pasty on the seafront, one swooped down and went for him. Like your seagulls they seem friendly :-)
