The Londonderry Air hails from my home town, Limavady, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland - beautiful..known worldwide....Jane Ross penned the tune after hearing Jimmy Currie playing it on his fiddle outside her house in Main Street, Limavady..
There must be hint of an Irishman in this most beautiful rendition. Everything about it is "awesome". Loved every second. Bravo to the trombone soloist as well. Larry from Pennsylvania USA
I was in Brass theater with the canadian brass and we stood and played everything. I personally thing you get a better tone standing up because your back is straight and you are forced to not slouch.
The issue with standing is that if you're not careful, the hand going into the bell drops, causing the pitch to shoot up, most high school and middle school players are either not aware of this, or they don't have the stamina to fix it. but professional players are usually able to notice the difference and correct it.
I wanna join! I could play the horn pretty well... Search Mozart Horn Concerto, and I'm the guy who plays the solo in the video by goodgates. Search goodgates.
Hoorah for the Korean Brass. What a wonderful rendering of a favorite European classic.
It's enough to bring tears to this trombonist's eyes.

Very Nice! I used to play with a Brass Group. The harmonies were very nice. Great intonation, and good control. Enjoyed it!

I have a "soft spot" for Korean musicians, and this group presents a rendition of a tender & beautiful song that is unique and moving.

What can I say?the perfect arrangement, played perfectly and my favourite Key:) Londonderry Air and F Major belong together like ....(whatever^^)
It's only a pity for the last accord...I mean some player could have listened a little bit more to intonation.
But however I would love to hear them live!!
Trombones forever!!!

Their intonation sounded spot on to me. It sounded like that was how the last chord was written. It didn't sound like a note was off.

You don't get a lower score just for 1 cracked note

it doesn't really make a difference.
unless you are holding it the wrong way (leaning the horn on your leg)
or standing with bad posture
