@pinkygirl1999 "ningen" is "human being","man" in japanese is "otoko" or "dansei"...yup the lyrics are different from english version :)

here they say "otona ni naru" means "you will become an ADULT"

lol! It looks like people took my comment much more seriously than it was intended. I have never meant to disrespect this video, I just thought it was too bad that the subs aren't in the Japanese script, that's all. And using the word "fail" was meant more as a joke, as a kind of irony towards the exaggerated usage of this word amongst some youtubers. I tried to clearly point out the unseriousness of my comment by using a smiley at the end, a smiley that a lot of people must have missed.
